Reciprocating Compressors
Reciprocating Compressor based systems make up the bulk of the Compressor System projects undertaken by PEB Engineers & Constructors. The Compressor Systems or ‘Packages’ as they are most often referred to are of a modular skid based construction. In the case of the larger capacity Reciprocating Compressor Systems (up to 8000kW) comprise of 2 modules.
PEB Engineers & Constructors is an authorized Siemens Dresser-Rand compressor packager for the MOS, HOS and HOSS high speed reciprocating compressors up to 7.000 kW and up to 250 Barg per module for gas transmission and storage, natural gas gathering, gas injection or power generation.
PEB Engineers & Constructors designed and engineered a modular off-gas / vent gas compressor system that will help to reduce emissions of a plant by an innovative approach using multiple non-API compressor modules of up to 50 kW each to ensure high uptime, wide flow range (zero to 100Nm3/h per module), low absorbed power during recycle, and ease of maintenance. The compressor system is fully compliant with PED, ATEX and CE.
