PEB QHSE DEPARTMENT
The QHSE department is responsible for PEB’s quality management system. PEB operates a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 (2015) which is certified by our ‘Notified Body’ DNVGL. Furthermore, the quality system of PEB conforms to the Pressure Equipment Directive’ 2014/68/EU (PED) and PEB is certified to manufacture under module H & H1. PEB has established a three-tier documented quality system. The first tier is the Quality Policy manual. This Manual contains specific statements of authority and responsibility for carrying out each of the elements of the quality system and a brief description of how these elements are managed. The second tier of documentation consists of the departmental Standard Procedures. These are detailed directives which addresses, implements and controls each stage of quality assurance as a part of the company-wide system for conducting business. The third tier consists of specific instruction documents. These work instructions are generally production orientated and include step by step details of each responsibility does in handling the specific requirements of contract, product specification and the duties required to implement the assigned activities that are given in the ‘Standard Procedures’. The instruction typically includes assembly and test instructions, marking instructions inspection and NDE requirements. For more information please contact our QHSE Officer. PEB also has a certified management system in accordance with ISO 45001:2018 (was OHSAS 18001) and an accredited Safety and Health Environment (SCC=VCA*), as well as having environmental policies and procedures in place.
